Terms of Purchase

Last updated: 11 August 2026. Seller: app-ranch (United States). This draft describes how Cycle packs are sold. It is not a complete terms of service and is not final until reviewed by counsel.

Who can buy

Purchases require a full account: a passkey and a public handle. Guest sessions cannot complete Checkout.

What you buy

You buy a pack of Cycles at the price shown at checkout. Pack contents and prices are set by the seller and may change. The amount charged is the pack price plus any tax Stripe calculates for your location when tax collection is enabled.

Delivery

Cycles are credited to your account after Stripe confirms payment. The return page may show a confirming state before the balance updates. Delivery is digital and immediate once the payment event is processed.

Consent

Before checkout you must confirm that Cycles are digital goods delivered immediately and that spent Cycles cannot be refunded. That confirmation text and timestamp are stored with the purchase record.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cyfurs Continuum does not store full card numbers. Prices are shown in USD.
