Terms of Service

Cyfurs is operated by App-Ranch, based in the United States. We do not publish a street address. An address for authorised returns or formal notices can be provided after a valid request to posh@cyfurs.com.

Some features need an account. You are responsible for the passkey or other credentials you use to sign in. App-Ranch cannot recover a lost passkey. Recovering a Cyfurs account does not recover a blockchain wallet.

A public handle may appear next to activity you choose to make visible. Do not choose a handle that impersonates App-Ranch or another player.

Cyfurs is an evolving storyworld. Features can change, pause or close. Nothing on the site is a promise of future utility, a particular season, or a particular outcome in a task.

HAC/OS, the map, lore, relics and related tools are provided for play and story. Do not try to break the service, scrape it in a way that harms other players, or use it to commit a crime.

Stripe is used only to buy Cycles and physical merchandise. Blockchain features are separate. See Purchases, Refunds and Returns and Blockchain and Wallets.

If a law gives you a right that cannot be excluded, these terms do not take that right away. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
