Blockchain Items and Wallet Terms

Cycles never go on a chain. Stripe is not used to mint NFTs, send chain transactions or control a wallet.

Blockchain items use a user-controlled, non-custodial external wallet. App-Ranch does not hold, control or have access to wallet private keys, passwords, seed phrases or recovery phrases. Cyfurs support will never ask for a private key, seed phrase or recovery phrase.

Losing access to a wallet may mean permanent, irretrievable loss of access to its NFTs. Recovering a Cyfurs account does not recover a blockchain wallet. App-Ranch cannot reset an external wallet, recover credentials, recreate an NFT in another wallet, move an NFT from a lost wallet, or prove that someone claiming to have lost access was its lawful controller.

Confirmed blockchain transactions are normally public and irreversible. App-Ranch cannot recover an NFT sent to the wrong address, the wrong network, an incompatible contract or a burn address. App-Ranch cannot refund blockchain network fees.

You are responsible for checking the network, contract address, destination and transaction details before you sign. Before we ask you to sign, we will show the selected network and the official contract address.

Third-party wallets, marketplaces and blockchain networks have their own terms. App-Ranch is not responsible for wallet-provider failures, network outages, malicious contracts, phishing, counterfeit NFTs, or transactions made outside official Cyfurs interfaces.

Before the first blockchain transaction we require these two acknowledgements, each unticked until you choose them:

I understand that this is a non-custodial wallet. App-Ranch does not hold my private key or recovery phrase and cannot recover my wallet or blockchain items if I lose access.

I understand that blockchain transactions are public and normally irreversible. I am responsible for checking the network, contract, destination and transaction before signing.

Official contract addresses are listed by network. A listing is not a promise that Cyfurs will use only that network forever.

No official contract is published here yet. When a blockchain feature is live, its network and contract address will appear in this registry before you are asked to sign.

You own the NFT held by your wallet. While you own it, you may use the artwork connected to that NFT however you wish for personal or commercial purposes. That includes displaying, copying, modifying, adapting, sublicensing and creating derivative works. You may create and sell merchandise, films, games, media, experiences and other products based on your NFT.

Those usage rights last while you own the NFT. When the NFT is transferred, the rights transfer to the new owner. App-Ranch keeps the right to use the NFT artwork inside the Cyfurs universe, story, games, archive and marketing.

Owning one NFT does not give you ownership of App-Ranch, the Cyfurs brand, the Cyfurs logos, the wider Continuum, unrelated characters or other NFTs. You must not falsely claim that App-Ranch officially created, approved, sponsored or endorsed a separate commercial product of yours.

NFTs are not investments, shares, promises of profit or guarantees of future value. We do not guarantee future utility, resale value, marketplace support, royalties or roadmap features.
