Cycles are digital goods

Cycles are a digital currency delivered immediately to your Cyfurs Continuum account after payment is confirmed. They have no cash value outside the service.

No refunds once spent

We do not offer refunds for Cycles that have been spent on in-world actions, items, or other digital features. Unspent Cycles after a completed purchase are also generally non-refundable once delivery is confirmed, because delivery is immediate.

Payment problems

If you were charged but Cycles did not appear, contact support with the purchase time and account handle. Do not repurchase to "fix" a missing balance. Crediting can lag the browser redirect by a short time.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer after receiving Cycles may result in the account being flagged and further purchases being blocked. Items already granted are not revoked solely because of a dispute.
