Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use Cyfurs, we may hold:

• account information, including a passkey credential and session
• a public handle
• game progress, inventory and Cycle balances
• purchase records from Stripe for Cycles or merchandise
• an optional notification email, only if you tick consent to store it
• a public wallet address, if you connect one
• public blockchain transactions linked to that address

Public blockchain records may be permanent. App-Ranch cannot delete them. Connecting a wallet may associate a previously pseudonymous wallet address with your Cyfurs account.

We never request your browser location automatically when a page loads. We request location only when you start a feature that needs it, and we explain why first.

We do not publish your exact location by default. Public Nexus displays use approximate or reduced-precision places, such as a city, not a pin on your house. Opening the Nexus picker may also use an approximate city and country supplied with the request by our hosting provider, so the list can suggest nearby places without asking the browser for GPS.

Stripe processes card payments for Cycles and merchandise. App-Ranch does not store full card numbers. Stripe has no involvement in NFT minting or wallet activity.

Privacy requests go to posh@cyfurs.com. We will do what the law requires. We cannot delete a public blockchain record.
